What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following settlement methods :
- Bank deposit or transfer.
- Paper cheque and e-cheque payment (for banks located in Hong Kong only).
- Secure online payment through credit card and Paypal.
I want a native speaker interpreter service, do you provide this?
Yes, most members of our interpreting team are native speakers or speak their second language as well as their mother tongue. Just let us know what you need!
How can I change my interpreter booking?
Let us know and our team will handle it for you.
However, when you confirm to book an interpreter, s/he cannot be assigned to other assignments, so the conditions must be fair to our interpreters as well.
Changes / re-booking can only be made 7 days prior to the event at the latest and a re-booking and/or cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount after confirmation shall apply. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice amount shall apply if the notice of the change is received within 7 days of the event.
How will I meet my interpreter?
For on-site interpreting, the interpreter will arrive earlier to prepare and compose themselves before meeting you. You will be able to reach our interpreter beforehand and our team will also be on stand-by during the assignment period. Tell us your needs and our team will take care of it for you.
For off-site interpreting (via teleconference, video conference and webinar), the interpreter will dial in or connect to the designated URL/phone number to assist you. We can also make other arrangements for you if you let us know!
I have comments to make about the translation and would like to amend it. Can it be amended?
We will send you the translated draft for your review, and will be happy to assist you in amending your translated document (due to writing style or specific terminology used internally by your company, etc.) within 7 days.
I need my document to be translated with certificate so it can be submitted to a Hong Kong government department urgently. Is this possible?
Yes, we handle urgent and one-working day priority requests. The types of certificates we offer for certified translation include: company certificate, declaration at HKSAR Home Affairs Department and Public Notary. Just make an inquiry and send the document to us!
